Who we are
SDBE ("Strategic Digital Business Enablement") builds websites, local SEO systems, and customer acquisition infrastructure for healthcare clinics and local service businesses. This policy covers sdbe.online and growth.sdbe.online. For anything in this policy, contact hello@sdbe.online.
What we collect and why
If you're a business we've contacted: publicly available business information (business name, address, phone number, public email address, website, and public review data) collected under legitimate interest to assess whether our services are relevant to you, plus engagement signals on messages we send (whether an email was delivered, opened, or a link clicked) so we stop contacting people who aren't interested. If you're a client: the contact and billing details you give us, used to deliver the services you've engaged us for. If you fill in a form on our site: exactly what you typed, used to respond to you.
How long we keep it
Prospect data (outreach history, email open and page view tracking) is automatically deleted 12 months after it was recorded. Unsubscribe records are kept indefinitely, because deleting one would eventually allow contact you asked us to stop. Client and financial records are kept for the durations required by tax and accounting law.
Opting out
Every outreach email includes an unsubscribe link, and replying to any message asking us to stop is honored the same way. The address is suppressed across all our records, not just the one campaign. Suppression takes effect immediately.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it, at any time. Email hello@sdbe.online and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU/UK, these are your GDPR rights; we honor the same requests regardless of where you are.
Who else sees it
We use a small set of processors to run our infrastructure: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email delivery (Resend), and payments (Stripe, Paystack). Each receives only what its function requires. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
